In addition to its very successful design, it also boasts an extraordinary level of build refinement, thanks to the renowned craftsmanship of Touring’s boilermakers, where those who worked with aluminium formed some kind of elite.

Before hiring an apprentice, Anderloni would have them pass the “bala” (ball) test, which involved using a mallet to transform two aluminium discs into two perfectly joined half-spheres. This particular model is a Flaminia GT, a Touring 2.8L 3C coupe which contains its best engine capacity.

It’s been in the hands of the same collector since 2001, when he acquired it at a Poulain-Le Fur auction sale at the Palais des Congres.
