Many early MX5s underwent extensive modifications, and an increasing number were imported direct from Japan to help fulfil a demand for this great little sports car.

This particular MX-5 is an increasingly rare UK supplied example that has remained largely unmodified aside from a Motolita steering wheel (the original is also supplied), Eibach springs, KYB twin tube dampers, and Brembo discs and pads.

Modifications that add to the character and driving pleasure, but don’t make it look like it’s been driven through a mod-shop in downtown Tokyo.

It has had three owners since it was new in 1994.

The first owner had it for nearly 12 years, the second owner for nearly 8 years and the current owner since 2013.
