A particularly interesting example of the first-generation Mazda MX-5, benefiting from the desirable and now rare BBR Turbo conversion.

Developed with the involvement of Mazda UK, the BBR package transformed the already highly regarded 1.6-litre MX-5 into a considerably more potent sports car, increasing output to approximately 150bhp as detailed within the accompanying BBR brochure.

With relatively few examples originally produced, surviving BBR cars are considerably less commonly encountered than the standard MX-5.
