The Jensen Interceptor was a grand touring car produced between 1966 and 1976.

One of the most coveted versions of this car was the 1974 Jensen Interceptor Convertible, which combined the sleek design and powerful engine of the Interceptor with the open-air experience of a convertible.

Under the bonnet, the Jensen Interceptor Convertible featured a 7.2 litre V8 engine capable of producing up to 330bhp.

This engine was paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential, allowing the car to accelerate from 0-60mph in just 7.4 seconds.

On the outside, the Interceptor Convertible boasted a distinctive design featuring a long bonnet, short rear deck, and a sleek profile.

This example was originally supplied by Charles Follett in Mayfair and has been in our vendor’s ownership for 14 years.

The car has always been extremely well cared for, only used on dry sunny days and is said to be an utter joy to drive.
