Vehicle Details
AI Listing Summary
This GT6 benefits from overdrive and a sports exhaust, purchased through Mathewson’s in December 2023. While mechanically sound with recent upgrades, the paintwork needs attention, making it a good project car.
Condition
6
The car is mechanically sound and running well, with some recent work on the cooling system, fuel tank, distributor, and rear axle. However, the paintwork needs attention, and there's an assumption that some engine work has been done in the past. The bodywork is generally sound with minimal corrosion and dents, but a respray is needed.

Description
Description Mechanically sound running and driving well; sounds amazing with the sports exhaust; benefiting from overdrive This GT6, originally came from a deceased estate, which was purchased through Mathewson’s for £11,791 in December 2023, the current vendor then purchased car in May 2024 but now has decided to sell part of his collection to concentrate on ongoing projects.
Various new parts were bought and fitted in the early part of 2024 with a few receipts clarifying what was carried out mainly on the cooling system.
The fuel tank was removed and flushed out and a new sender unit was fitted.
Electronic distributor by power spark was also upgraded along with a new rear axle being fitted.
This car has obviously been restored in the past, chassis & bodywork, suspension, radiator etc, however the paintwork does need some attention, as shown in the pictures.
The bodywork itself is sound with very little corrosion and dents, but just requires a full re-spray to bring the car back ...
