The car underwent a complete, no-expense-spared professional restoration around 2018, returning it to its former glory. The body was stripped to bare metal and repainted in its original livery. The interior was completely reupholstered to original specification in navy blue leather with matching carpets and alpaca hood. All dashboard instruments were meticulously restored, as was the steering wheel. All mechanical components were thoroughly overhauled, including the engine, Cotal gearbox, rear axle, suspension, brakes, wiring loom, starter motor, dynamo, and water and oil radiators. The owner reports that the car runs well, accelerates strongly and is a pleasure to drive.
