In the series of low budget French myths, the Renault 5 is easily in the top 10.

With its 1108cc Cléon-Fonte engine (1 289cc for the first years), this car will have unleashed the passions of collectors.

In its five-door GTL version, factory code R1397, it appeared in 1980, 8 years after the first version.
