We don’t know a great deal about this example’s early life, and, to be honest it doesn’t really matter, because in 2006 someone got hold of, what was a bright yellow, rubber bumpered MG BGT V8 and decided give it a new life, and what a wise decision that was! The work was entrusted to the well-known, and respected MG specialists, Entune 2000 based in Radcliffe, Manchester, who, in early 2006 embarked on what would be a two year restoration.

Please don’t think this is a chrome bumper conversion of the less popular rubber bumpered example, not so, the first thing Entune did, was to order a new Heritage bodyshell, and according to the raft of Entune invoices we have on file, many, many, more orders were placed over the next few years.

We won’t bore you with listing everything out, but suffice to say, they didn’t scrimp on anything, from a new bodyshell to a replacement engine, right down to a touch up stick.
