AI Listing Summary
This 1968 MG C is a rally-modified classic car with a strong history of completing long-distance events, including two Cape to Cape rallies. It boasts significant engine and suspension upgrades for enhanced performance and reliability, along with cosmetic features making it suitable for shows.
Condition
7
Based on the description, the car has been modified for rally use, with engine and suspension upgrades. It has completed two Cape to Cape rallies, indicating good mechanical reliability. Cosmetically, it's described as having a 'fantastic shine and finish' and suitable for shows, suggesting a high level of care and appearance. However, the need for a fuel pump replacement during one rally suggests that while reliable, it's not without potential mechanical issues. The upgrades also mean it's not in original factory condition.
