Supplied new by Henlys of Bristol, this motor car has spent the last twenty years in the hands of a true enthusiast, who has now sadly passed, leaving a motoring legacy guaranteed to give enormous pride of ownership to the new owner.

Finished in immaculate Horizon Blue with correct contrasting trim with original headlining and replacement carpets, the A40 was fitted with extras comprising two front spot lights and a pair of wing mirrors.

The Farina styled body was quite a departure from the previous Austin A35, but running gear was mostly retained in these early cars.
