This 1950 Lagonda 2.6-Litre is one of fewer than 550 examples produced between 1948 and 1953 and features drophead coupe coachwork by Tickford.

Finished in red over tan leather, the car is powered by a W.O.

Bentley-designed 2.6L DOHC inline-six paired with a column-shifted four-speed manual transmission with synchromesh on the top three gears.

Additional features include twin SU carburetors, four-wheel independent suspension, hydraulic drum brakes with inboard rear units, a tan convertible top, and a radio.

The car was acquired by the selling dealer from a Missouri collection approximately two months ago, and subsequent service included a freshening of the fuel system and replacement of the batteries.

This Lagonda 2.6-Litre is now offered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with a jack, a partial tool kit, and a clean Missouri title.

Founded in 1906 in Middlesex, UK, Lagonda was purchased in 1947 by David Brown, who combined the company with his newly acquired holding of Aston Martin.
