The modified Type 1 Volkswagen motor is mid-mounted and mated to a Rancho Performance Pro Street four-speed manual transaxle.

A set of period-style Wide 5 wheels have been fitted and braking is handled by four wheels discs.

The cockpit is equipped includes a Nardi-style wheel, seat belts, and a pair of fixed back seats.
