FRV 696 is a great example that combines authentic Series I character with a remarkably high standard of restoration and thoughtful upgrades.

Completed in time for the Land Rover Series One National Rally in Devon last year, the vehicle first undertook a successful touring trip to Cornwall from the Midlands before attending the event, where it was awarded the coveted New Restoration Cup - a testament to the quality of the work carried out.

The chassis has been restored to an impressive standard, including a replacement rear crossmember, removable gearbox crossmember and provision for power steering.
