This gold Triumph 7 is a very late example, built in the final weeks of production.
We're told it's driving very well, and it survives in impressive condition inside and out, with a particularly smart interior featuring an aftermarket Pioneer sound system. The full lever-arch file of history is fronted by a BMIHT Heritage Certificate confirming that this car was built in September 1981, the month before production ceased, and despatched to Henly's of London in June 1982, finished in Cashmere paint with a tan check interior and black roof – as we see it today.
Original equipment included a retractable aerial, headrests, tinted glass and five-speed gearbox.
In recent years it has also acquired a power steering conversion, and its very tidy wheels are wearing a matching set of Toyo tyres. The car's paperwork includes Mo
T certificates from to 2005 onwards, a few tax discs, the current V5C, a Haynes workshop manual and maintenance invoice...
