This dazzling Triumph TR7 received a long-running restoration which began in 1999.

By 2016 it was running again, and was then treated to what the vendor calls a “constant improvements resulting in a reliable and properly executed conversion to TR8 specifications, including V8 differential and rev counter”.

He bought the car from Robsport (a Triumph specialist) in 2023 and describes it as very reliable, having used it for club outings across East Anglia.

Photographs and bills show the extent of its generous rebuild which included mechanical upgrades to the engine, brakes and suspension.

The interior also received new seating, wool carpets throughout, a new windscreen, and a carpeted boot with a fire extinguisher.
