The Peugeot 309 GTI Goodwood was a limited edition model solely for the United Kingdom, featuring the same engine as the 205 GTI 1.9.

It came with a full black leather interior as standard, and no cost optional wooden steering wheel and gearknob, plus CD autochanger.

Only available in limited numbers for the United Kingdom ‑ just 398 were constructed ‑ they were finished in Metallic Pinewood Green with Anthracite Speedline alloy wheels with a polished metal lip on the outer rims of these.

The badging depicted the Goodwood racing circuit on the front wings, tailgate and steering wheel boss.

The work included a full repaint, wheel refurbishment, full service, new timing belt, brake discs, pads and rear caliper, and much more.
