I have spoken to Tony, an A40 Sports expert in the Austin Counties Car Club and he says there are less than 20, as far as he is aware, still surviving.

Past history is very short but there is a plack in the file which says ‚Äúover a 5 year extensive restoration was carried out from 1988 ‚Äì 1993 by the owner who was the proprietor of LJ Cox & Metal Fabrication, with the help of D Maton of Salisbury, Wilts‚Äù She also comes with a current Spare Parts Catalogue and a good number of Austin Counties Car Club Magazines.She was brought back from abroad in 1993 and has had 3 registered keepers.

The car has a current V5 C and an older V5 ....
