The car has been fully race-prepared and used extensively on the track, with significant mechanical modifications and restorative work. While it appears to be in good condition for its intended use, there are signs of wear and tear associated with racing. The car would need to be assessed to the standards of road-going vehicles if that was its intended purpose.
