La Citroën Rosalie fut présentée au Salon de Paris 1932.
Déclinée en plusieurs puissances fiscales, elle en prenait les sobriquets 8, 10 ou 15.
Elle fut produite à la fois en cabriolet, coach, berline, torpedo ou encore utilitaire.
La Rosalie entra par la suite dans l’histoire avec le célèbre record de 1933 alors que 300.000km sont parcourus à la vitesse moyenne de 93km/h sur l’anneau de Montlhéry.
En janvier 1934, la ligne de la Rosalie est revue par le célèbre Bertoni pour lui attribuer de nouvelles ailes à bavolets, des pare-chocs courbés et une calandre inclinée.
Le tout la rend reconnaissable des précédentes générations et permet à la Rosalie d’entrer définitivement dans les années 1930.
