AI Listing Summary
This 1967 Mercedes-Benz 250SL 'Pagoda' sold significantly above estimate, indicating strong market demand. Despite being garaged for nearly two decades, it required recent mechanical attention to the gear linkage and floor pan, suggesting it's a project for a discerning collector.
Condition
6
The car has been garaged for 19 years with minimal mileage, indicating good preservation. However, a recent failure in the gear linkage bush and the need for floor pan welding and undersealing suggest some mechanical wear and required reconditioning. The car has also been featured in a magazine and comes with service records.
