We are very pleased to bring to market this very rare and desirable Mercedes-Benz 250 SL, known as the Pagoda.

This example has come from a very high-end car collection and was once in the London Motor Museum.

It has had a lot of money spent on it over the years including an interior re-trim by GB Classic Trim costing c.£10,000, a recent new Mercedes-Benz genuine exhaust system, ignition service, plugs, points and distributor cap, refurbished fuel pump, fuel tank removed and cleaned and rear brake pads.

In May 2024 the Mercedes benefited from new rear shock absorbers, brake calipers, replaced front king pin bushes, repair to steering idler box, replaced gearbox filter and sump gasket and replaced with new transmission fluid, replaced all front upper and lower suspension bushes.

Then we get onto the engine work which comprised of: removing the engine and fully stripped and assessed for wear, rebored cylinder block, renewed pistons with oversize reground crank and fitted new oversize...
