The listing indicates the car has expired MOT and no current V5, suggesting it requires reconditioning and has not been recently maintained to a high standard. There's no mention of significant damage, but the need for a new V5 implies some administrative work and potential issues with documentation. The mileage is unknown, further contributing to an assessment of 'Average' condition.
