Condition

7

While the car is described as "stunning" and having a "huge amount of money spent on it," it's a modified vehicle with a V8 engine swap. The description notes it started as a standard MG and underwent a transformation. While the rebuild is documented with photos and the car is said to drive superbly, the non-original engine and modification history place it slightly below the top condition ratings. There is no mention of any specific defects or damage. The car is very well maintained, runs and drives well and all systems are in good working order.

It’s not that often that we come across an MG as nice and detailed as this one.

This example started life as a standard MG back in 1973, and in c.2010 the vendor believes the MG went through a transformation into what we see before us today - a very beautiful MG Roadster with a V8 engine.

Finished in a lovely shade of metallic purple with great chromework, a lovely contrasting magnolia trim with wood finishing, and a very fitting and matching Moto-Lite steering wheel, it is a great place to be sat.

It is sat on a lovely set of wire wheels shod with a set of Michelin tyres and comes complete with a tonneau cover, hood cover, car cover and a great hood in as new condition.

This gives you an indication of to how much time and money has been spent to bring it to this standard and attention to detail.

The MG comes with a huge amount of history and previous MOTs, which sit well with the current one valid until August 2025 even though it doesn’t need one.

It also has a large collection ...
