Here we have a very smart example of the Ford Cortina 1600E MK2 finished in the lovely colour of Aubergine with a black vinyl roof and a black interior.

The Cortina would appear to be factory standard in its specification and trim, and is very clean both inside and out.

The interior is clean and tidy bar a couple of splits in the dash top, which is easily fixed if you wish to do so - the wood trim is in good condition.

The chromework is in good condition and it even has the chrome embellishers on the Rostyle alloy wheels and the period style front spotlights, making the car look very nice.

The engine bay is in lovely condition, and quite detailed and complete with some new engine bay stickers.

All in all, this is a good-looking car! The Cortina comes with the owner’s handbook and spare keys, and drives well.

It would make a very nice addition to any Ford collection or even the start of your collection.
