This MkII Ford Cortina 1600E is sold as a project for recommissioning, as it has been barn-stored for many years and its last MoT expired in 2003.

Although there are no receipts with the car, we're told it has received a recent exhaust, battery, fuel tank, and new brake components including pipes and refurbished master and slave cylinders.

The black interior is well preserved, and the exterior has received gold paintwork at some stage in its life.

A spare pair of bottom arms is also included.

Although the car has been running here, a fuel leak has developed from the carburetor.

The Cortina comes with old MoT certificates covering 1995 to 2003, and a new keeper supplement.
