Imported from Gaillon, France in 2016, there are pictures of the car on a trailer in the Eurotunnel looking rather worse for wear.

The vendor restored this 1948 Citroen during 2016-2017 and it has been enjoyed, cherished, and shown since then.

The restoration included a full respray, and an interior re-trim using the correct fabric but on more modern seat frames for comfort.

The headlining was also replaced and it was treated to a full mechanical recommission and refresh.

The 1991cc 4-cylinder engine bursts into life with a swift pull of the starter button and feels spritely on the road.

It holds the road superbly well, the new seat frames make for a comfortable post-war driving experience.
