Constructed in 2000 using a sound Mk1 bodyshell, this impressive Mini enjoyed continuous competition use until 2022 when Colin Flynn retired from racing.
During its active career, the car achieved numerous class victories within the Historic Sports Car Club (HSCC), establishing itself as a proven and capable front-running contender.
Eligible for a wide variety of prestigious historic racing series, the Mini is suitable for the HSCC Historic Saloons Championship, Classic Sports Car Club Swinging Sixties, Classic Touring Car Racing Club Pre-66 category and the ever-popular HRDC Touring Greats and Top Hat championships, in addition to numerous regional and invitational events.
Finished in the period-correct combination of Almond Green with an Old English White roof, the car has been preserved rather than cosmetically restored.
