The Land Rover Series I has become one of the most recognisable and enduring classics of British motoring, its rugged design and go-anywhere ability establishing a legend that continues to this day.

Among the various wheelbase options introduced during production, the 86" variant of 1954 combined improved proportions with all the utility expected of a Land Rover, making it one of the most desirable early models.
