The Daimler Century was launched in 1996 to celebrate 100 years of Britain’s oldest car manufacturer.

This ultra luxurious long wheelbase version of the Jaguar saloon, codenamed X300, was equipped with every option available plus a few more besides.

Limited to a worldwide production run of 100 each of the 4.0 litre and 6.0 litre versions they, unsurprisingly, sold quickly.

This model rarely comes to market with most being kept in private collections.
