The car description indicates that the Alvis Special has been rebodied, which means the original body has been replaced with a Bentley tourer body. The car has been standing for a while and light recommissioning is underway, implying that it may require some mechanical and cosmetic work to bring it back to its optimal condition. The presence of paperwork, including a V5C registration document, suggests that the car has been properly documented and registered, which adds to its value and appeal.
