Vehicle Details
AI Listing Summary
This 1970s Triumph 2500TC, a British Racing Green classic, was recently unearthed from a 20-year barn slumber and partially recommissioned. It features overdrive, power steering, and recent mechanical work, including a short engine rebuild.
Condition
6
Based on the description, the car was stored in a barn for 20 years, but has had some recommissioning work done. It benefits from recent maintenance including refurbishment of brakes and fuel tank, reconditioning of the differential, and other mechanical renewals. Cosmetically, it's described as having British Racing Green bodywork with beige cloth upholstery. The odometer shows 87,511 miles. The description indicates that the overdrive and power steering are in good working order and the car was Ziebarted from new. Considering the recommissioning, recent maintenance, and reported good working order of key features, balanced against its age and storage history, it appears to be in 'Good' condition, with some reconditioning already done and potentially more needed to bring it to a higher standard.

A manual transmission model equipped by the factory with overdrive and power steering, ‘RCA 617P’ features British Racing Green bodywork paired with beige cloth upholstery.
We are informed that the aforementioned overdrive and power steering remain ‘in good working order’ and that the trusty Triumph was Ziebarted from new.
It has recently benefited from the following maintenance: the refurbishment of the rear brakes and fuel tank; reconditioning of the differential and rebushing of the rear axle; rebushing of the front suspension and installatio...
