Visually indistinguishable from its MkIV forebear save for some minor trim differences, the Spitfire 1500 was a decent seller on both sides of the Atlantic and the model remained in production until August 1980.

Registered new in the UK on 13 th May 1980, this last of the line Spitfire is finished in British Racing Green over a tan interior.
