AI Listing Summary
This 1976-1979 Ferrari 400 GT is a rare, manual transmission example, one of 142 produced. Finished in Oro Metallic with a cream leather interior, it features a 4.8L V12 engine with Weber carburetors and has undergone significant service work, making it a mechanically sound and visually appealing classic GT car.

The car is described as a 'timewarp example' finished in an unusual and attractive shade of Oro Metallic paint with a desirable combination of manual gearbox and Weber carburetors. It has benefited from a significant service in Switzerland, including replacement tires, fluids, filters, suspension overhaul, engine tune, and valve clearance adjustment. While the interior shows 'beautiful aged cream leather,' this aging suggests some wear. The listing also notes it is 'very well suited to crossing continents in consummate ease,' implying good mechanical condition.

The 400GT looks very similar to the car it replaced, different lamps and spoiler are the main differences.
This model is perhaps best known for introducing automatic transmission to Ferrari customers, an option never listed before.
Made from between 1976-1979 and only 500 examples were produced in total.
Unconventional and very rare, this Ferrari 400 GT is presented in “metallic gold” with beautiful aged cream leather interior with dark brown inlays and real wood trim that decorates the high console and a traditional three spoke stee...
