Based on the description, the car has been stored for an extended period and has undergone some restoration work. While some components have been replaced and the car has passed recent MoT tests, the fact that it was taken off the road for restoration and the rear axle was removed suggests it may not be in pristine or outstanding condition. Moderate wear and the need for some reconditioning might be present. The car's originality and the extent of the restoration work would be crucial factors in determining the exact condition.

Flagship of the Maranello range, Ferrari's splendidly equipped '2+2' featured self-levelling independent rear suspension, power-assisted steering, electric windows and optional air-conditioning.

Being a Ferrari, the 400GT was as fast as it was luxurious, boasting a top speed of around 150mph.
