It is powered by a rebuilt and modified 1.6-litre twin-cam inline-four by Colin Holt – a well-known engine builder for Twin Cams for single-seater race cars – fed by twin carburettors, which sends approximately 150hp to the rear wheels via a five-speed manual transmission.
This Europa was first registered in January 1973, and has been with its current owner since April 2008.
The car has reportedly benefited from some restorative maintenance, and was fitted with some rally-focused modifications before taking part in several Alpine/Corsica and touring rallies in Europe, including the 2008 Coupe des Alpes.
