TMU 7.7-Liter OHV Inline-Six Single Updraft Carburetor Twin-Plug Ignition Three-Speed Manual Transmission Wire-Spoke Wheels Drum Brakes Steering Wheel & Instrumentation
This 1929 Rolls-Royce Phantom is said to have been delivered new with Brewster Lonsdale limousine bodywork as one of approximately 1,244 examples built on the 40/50 New Phantom platform at the company’s American factory in Springfield, Massachusetts, between 1925 and 1931.

Chassis S239FP was rebodied at some point and has since been stripped of its coachwork.

The retained 7.7-liter OHV inline-six is equipped with twin-plug ignition and a single updraft carburetor and is mated to a three-speed manual transmission.

The chassis rolls on wire-spoke wheels and is further equipped with drum brakes, front fenders, running boards, bumpers, a four-spoke steering wheel, and instrumentation.

The project was purchased several years ago by the selling dealer, who reports starting and running the engine regularly.
