Gaston Crepaldi Automobili on October 14, 1966, before being sold on November 2, 1966, to its first owner in Como, Italy.
Chassis 08963 was imported to the US in 1973 and spent time in Virginia before moving to California in the 1980s.
The car received a color change to red between the 1980s and late 1990s and is said to have undergone a mechanical refurbishment by Gran Touring Classics in Long Beach, California, in the late 2000s before being sold to its current owner in 2010.
It was subsequently driven in the 2011 Copperstate 1000 and later underwent mechanical freshening in 2024.
