This 1966 Volkswagen Type 2 Deluxe Microbus was acquired by the seller in 2018 as a non-running shell and subsequently underwent a seven-year cosmetic and mechanical restoration.

Initial disassembly, evaluation, and metal fabrication were performed by Deutschland Metal & Body of Palmdale, California, before the project was transferred to Rusty Volks Restoration of Grand Junction, Colorado, for completion of the body refurbishment and mechanical assembly.
