This 1933 Packard Eight is a Series 1001 five-passenger sedan that was delivered new to its first owner, Thomas Banfield, director of the Oregon Highway Department, via the Packard Service and Sales Company in Portland on July 28, 1933.

It remained under his ownership until his passing in 1950 and reportedly spent the next eight years with the owner of a Packard service shop in Salem. In 1958, it was purchased by a collector in Portland, Oregon who kept the car until his passing in 2022.

It is now being offered for sale by his family through the listing dealer.

The car is finished in dark green over tan cloth upholstery, and power comes from a 319.2ci L-head inline-eight paired with a three-speed manual transmission.
