Dating from April 1987 this dainty, yet sporting Reliant Scimitar SS-1 is finished in light teal blue and sits on a set of 14” five-spoke alloy wheels and boasts a black vinyl soft-top along with seperate GRP hard-top finished in Gold with glass tilt sunroof.
Under the sloping bonnet, we find 1.6 litre Ford sourced CVH four-cylinder petrol engine which was reputed to pump out 96bhp and 180NM of torque when new, driving the rear wheels via five-speed manual transmission.
Inside, we find checker seats (which look to be from a TR7), manual windows and much Ford/Austin/Rover sourced switchgear and an integral roll over hoop for safety.
The car started promptly with a neat little battery isolator switch hidden down on the driver’s side of the transmission tunnel.
