2004 MG-ZT 1.8T Believed to be just 1 of 2 pre-production prototype examples for Euro4 Emissions testing that found their way on to the road with prototype electronic throttle pulled out of long term storage - one for the proper MG enthusiast/collector Dating from August 2004 this silver MG ZT is believed to be (as yet unsubstantiated) one of the pre-production 1.8 Turbo examples, so identified by the car having an unusual electronic throttle arrangement, reputedly to enable it to comply with the Euro4 emission targets – where as ‘normal’ models used a conventional system and did not conform.

The vendor believes its one of just two ZT160’s that escaped from the factory in 2004 and were road registered.
