1959 Land Rover Series II 109" Petrol Partially restored in 2003; new tilt; family owned from new; fwh; lots of potential This 1959 Series II 109" pickup comes from single-family ownership from new.

The V5C lists just one previous keeper, the father of the current owner.

Purchased new to work on the family farm, it did sterling service until it was taken off the road many moons ago.

It was rescued in around 2003, the vendor's late husband undertaking much restoration work in around 2003.

Since then it has been a much loved member of the family, although has covered few miles in recent years.

Fitted with a four cylinder petrol engine and a recent Exmoor trim tilt, the panel work is commendably straight although it is about time the chassis received a bit of attention - it could do with a bit of work to an out-rigger or two and a new rear cross-member.

We have been driving it around on site and have noticed that it has a couple of spare wheels in the back and some wiper parts also....
