The car is described as having undergone an older restoration in the late 1990s with extensive photographic and invoice documentation. While this indicates a comprehensive rebuild, 'older restoration' implies it is not fresh. The text emphasizes 'sympathetic preservation of the car's originality' rather than a pristine, like-new condition. There are no mentions of dents, scratches, or curb marks, and the car is presented as an 'elegant Coupé' with 'exceptional provenance and collector appeal,' suggesting it is well-maintained and in excellent cosmetic and mechanical condition, but not necessarily perfect or outstanding.
