The car is described as being in professional storage since 2006, suggesting it hasn't been actively maintained. The extensive Keeper History and handwritten note from the DVLA compiler indicate challenges in reconstructing its history, implying potential issues or complexities. The description mentions old receipts and documents from prior to 2006, suggesting wear and tear consistent with a car of this age and usage. Therefore, a 'Good' rating seems appropriate.
