• Four owners from new • Present ownership since 1976 • Automatic transmission • Routinely maintained • Recommissioned in 2020 (invoice available) It is understood that this Bentley Continental has had three previous owners: the original purchaser Mrs Elizabeth Denny of Helensburgh, Dumbartonshire; the British actress Jill Bennett (according to the owner before our vendor); and lastly, the owner or Managing Director of the Nissan/Datsun dealership on London's Warwick Road.
In 1976, when he was 21, our vendor happened to be driving past the aforementioned Nissan/Datsun dealership when he saw 'EVA 10' on the forecourt.
Falling in love immediately, he pulled in to make enquiries and was told the Bentley was the property of the 'Boss'.
A deal was concluded for the asking price.
It is believed a replacement engine was installed before our vendors ownership in 1976.
'EVA 10' has been in the vendor's unbroken ownership since then, garaged on his family estate in Hampshire.
