The car has been well-preserved with older refurbished paintwork and a charming patina. The pigskin upholstery is in remarkably good order, potentially dating back to the war. While it retains its original chassis, engine crankcase, and rear axle, some metal skin replacement is thought to have occurred due to its racing career. It has recently been checked through, and made to run again, after being laid up in its stable and not seen publicly for many years. It is recommended that a thorough re-commissioning be made before it be used or campaigned properly.
