The car is described as having a high-quality restoration, evidenced by its CCCA Premier National First Prize. However, the restoration's age and the mention of it still being "highly presentable" suggest it's not in perfect, like-new condition. The description also mentions new coachwork installed in the 1980s, indicating some level of modification or repair over its original state.

The top of the line in its day, the Chrysler CG Imperial Dual Cowl Phaeton presented a silhouette that was the envy of the auto industry.

This magnificent automobile was restored with the help of three automobiles.

1931 was the first year Chrysler produced the Inline 8 cylinder engine and the Imperial Dual Cowl was designed by Walter Percy Chrysler with body by American coachbuilder LeBaron.

This Chrysler then returned to the United States and was awarded a CCCA Premier National First Prize on account of its restoration.

Its red coachwork is accented by the dark red fenders and belt accent set off by yellow pinstripes that complement the light tan leather interior.
