Reliant Scimitar SE4 Straight Six 1966 offered for sale in excellent condition.

These SE Straight sixes are very rare cars and this is one of the best examples to come to market.

This pretty rebodied Sabre 6 designed by Ogle was the first ever Scimitar and was launched at the 1964 Motor Show.

There are only a handful of these left on the road and at Scimfest 2024, which celebrated their 60th anniversary, there were only 2 examples present.

GJA567D is number 173 and is documented on the RSSOC Register.

The current vendor is a collector and purchased the vehicle from an active well known Club member who maintained the vehicle to a very high standard with mechanicals and an engine rebuild by Ian Daniels Motorsport.

This is not only one of the best looking but also an excellent driving car.

This vehicle also underwent further work, including instrumentation, an overdrive / transmission rebuild, and a paint refinish in the striking MGA colour, costing over £8k.
