Description
This yellow Reliant Scimitar SE6A was purchased last year by our vendor, who then invested generously in its upkeep with long-term ownership in mind – until the re-appearance of his Triumph TR7 Sprint in our last sale sparked a change of plans.
It's powered by an upgraded 3.1-litre RS engine which, in the last couple years, has received a new aluminium radiator, cooling fan motor, stainless and rubber hoses, Lumenition electronic ignition and coil, a new manual choke conversion and a K&N air filter.
The car also benefits from recent front discs, calipers and copper pipes, rear shoes, brake cylinders and adjusters, Goodridge braided hoses front & rear, new halogen headlights, new tyres and stainless wheel nuts.
The front suspension has also been rebuilt with new polybushes, new Spax shocks and new springs.
The odometer is showing 75,382 miles.
