AI Listing Summary

This 1947 Lanchester LD10, first owned by Mrs. Amy Hume, comes with its original registration book, maintenance records from Wades of Worthing, and early MOT certificates. Stored for years, it starts and sounds good, but requires recommissioning, including adjustments to the pre-selector gearbox, ignition, and brakes, though the vendor claims the underside is in fabulous condition for its age.

The car has been in storage for many years and requires recommissioning. The selector rods need adjustment, the ignition light needs to be checked, and the brakes should be inspected. While the underside is in fabulous condition, the age of the car (75 years old) suggests that it will be in less than pristine condition and, while starting and sounding great, some mechanical adjustment is required.

It has the original buff registration book and Wades maintenance record card with various invoices from them.

Also included in the file is the very first MOT, which is dated 8th October 1960, along with other MOTs.

This Lanchester has been in storage for many years and will require a certain amount of recommissioning.
